GIS Team Receives WCEDP “Organizational Impact Award” Waller County is both a hub for growth and excellence, and a key part of global commerce as it is centrally located with coast-to-coast access.  During this year’s Annual Planning Meeting, Waller County Economic Development Partnership (WCEDP) honored RG Miller | DCCM with special recognition by presenting them with the Organizational Impact Award.  Charis Kehrer, GIS Coordinator, led RG Miller’s GIS team in the creation of a Waller–Harris Emergency Service District Boundary Map overlayed with the county’s current census and population data.  This exhibit provides #WCEDP with vital information for the purpose of compiling data for the county’s sales tax analysis project. Hasibul Hasan joins RG Miller | DCCM Director of Water/Wastewater Facilities

Hasibul Hasan joins RG Miller | DCCM Director of Water/Wastewater Facilities Please join us in welcoming Hasibul Hasan, MSCE, P.E., to RG Miller | DCCM as our new Director of Water/Wastewater Facilities! 🎉 Hasibul brings 15+ years of expertise in treatment system design for both municipal and industrial treatment plants and conveyance systems across the United States. His focus on sustainable wastewater treatment solutions and energy-efficient technologies has made a significant impact on the industry. Throughout his career, Hasibul has led process design efforts, specializing in membrane bio-reactor (MBR) systems, moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) systems, and integrated fixed-film activated sludge (IFAS) systems. His work has earned national recognition, including an award-winning water reuse design that integrated multiple advanced treatment processes. Beyond design, Hasibul has extensive experience in dynamic process modeling, master planning, and client service management, ensuring smooth communication between municipalities, operators, and stakeholders. His expertise spans lift stations, pump stations, biological treatment, disinfection, biosolids management, permitting, and more. Additionally, he has worked with various industries, including meat, dairy, poultry, sugar, and starch processing. Hasibul holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology. He is a NASSCO Certified Sewer & Manhole Inspector and an active member of WEF, APWA, WEAT, and TAWWA. We are thrilled to have Hasibul on board as we continue to expand and enhance our municipal engineering services. A Day on the Golf Course is a Day Well Spent Recently, the University of Houston held its 2024 Cullen College of Engineering Golf Tournament, where team members from RG Miller | DCCM’s land development group enjoyed a sunny afternoon away from the office, for a bit of networking, and a great round of golf. Making a Difference Through HOPE Impacts

🏆 JUROR’S FAVORITE AWARD WINNERS 🏆 Work as a team; Learn as a team; Give as a team! RG Miller | DCCM, Kirksey Architecture, MillerSurvey | DCCM, Turner Construction, ACS Flooring Group, and Tarkett Commercial understood the assignment and accepted the challenge! Teaming up in the fight against hunger, this group participated in CANstruction Houston’s 2024 Competition & Exhibition, a city-wide effort to raise awareness and provide nutritional food items that serve the Houston Food Bank. On “Build Day”, Saturday, November 16th, volunteers from these organizations would come together to create a CAN-sculpture of “Audrey from Little Shop of Horrors,” and leave not knowing their creativity and efforts would soon earn them the Juror’s Favorite Award! With a passion for design build and a spirit of giving back, this group used a variety of 5,444+ can good items to create the rendition which displayed the message “Feed Me?
