Windermere Lakes is a 130-acre subdivision consisting of 14 streets including the main collector street, Windermere Lakes Boulevard, that has a traffic signal at FM 1960. The project included all associated water lines, sanitary sewers and storm sewers, as well as the construction of four lakes that also act as detention basins and a 4,000 square foot recreation center.
