This development is the first Hines Multifamily development in Houston. RG Miller | DCCM provided both civil engineering and surveying services for the development. The site features both multifamily units and store front space with a gorgeous pool and courtyard area located on the interior. RG Miller | DCCM also redesigned the existing West Drive which runs between the development and the Waterwall.
