The Northpointe Regional plant is a 2.6 million gallon waste water plant serving five separate Utility Districts with a projected population of 35,000. The Phase II plant added an additional 72-foot diameter concrete clarifier and was bid for 2.6 million dollars and included new digester capacity and lift station upgrades.
