A 67.4 acre redevelopment out of the 121 acre Halliburton Bellaire Road Campus. RG Miller | DCCM’s Site Development group’s design responsibilities included demolition plans of existing parking lot, maintenance building, and undersized storm sewer system, design of underground utilities utilizing existing storm sewers where feasible, and grading and drainage as well as design of detention facilities to serve not only the campus redevelopment but also any future development in existing acreage around the site.
