R.G. Miller | DCCM Welcomes Susana Cabrera Susana Cabera, P.E., CFM, has joined R.G. Miller | DCCM as Project Manager in the Hydrology & Hydraulics Department. With nearly 8 years of experience and a strong background in storm water management, Susana is highly skilled in H&H modeling, enclosed system modeling, and hydrologic impact analyses for municipalities and roadways.    Susana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.  She is a member of the Texas Floodplain Managers Association and holds professional engineering licensed in both the state of Texas and Mississippi.  We are excited to have Susana Cabrera, P.E., join R.G. Putting for Fun! All worries were FORE-gotten at this year’s Rising Leaders 2024 Topgolf Tournament, where team members had a TEE-riffic afternoon networking with industry colleagues while raising money in support of the West Houston Association’s Rising Leaders Program.   Brian Rabenaldt, P.E., a project manager in R.G. Today’s Vision, Tomorrow’s Reality Our construction management team recently conducted a routine visit to the Morton Creek Ranch site in Harris County MUD 432.  Currently undergoing a wastewater treatment plant expansion, high school student and PACE intern Nicholas Ding was able to participate and personally observe a day out in the field.  Shailer Vinsonhaler, Sr. Construction Manager for R.G. Andrew Garza Joins R.G. Miller | DCCM Andrew Garza has joined R.G. Miller | DCCM as Senior Project Manager in the Land Development Department. With more than 10 years of experience in project management and construction administration, Andrew has successfully managed numerous private and public development projects throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. Andrew earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University – Kingsville, where he served as an engineering research assistant while pursuing his degree. Upon entering college, he was the recipient of the Presidential Merit Scholarship, a four-year scholarship presented to students planning to attend Texas A&M – Kingsville based on student composite scores and class rank. Wade Morgan Joins R. G. Miller | DCCM Vice President of Land Development – Central Texas Wade Morgan has joined R.G. Miller | DCCM as Vice President of Land Development – Central Texas, where he will be expanding the reach of the firm into the Austin metropolitan area with an initial focus on residential and multi-family land development.    With over 25 years of experience in engineering consulting for multiple industries, Wade has a strong background in leading a broad range of projects and disciplines, managing new business development, multi-project oversight, market expansion and organizational streamlining, as well as having extensive private and public development experience.  A graduate of Texas A&M University, Wade has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, holding professional engineering licensure in the states of Texas, Iowa, South Dakota, and Illinois.  He is a current member of the Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Home Builders Association of Greater Austin (HBA), and the Capital Area Suburban Exchange of Austin (CASE).  Join us in welcoming Wade Morgan, P.E., to R.G. Relaxation After Devastation! Team members from R.G. Miller | DCCM’s Finance, IT, and Human Resources departments embarked upon a most unique method of relieving stress “One Sledgehammer at a Time” during a team building event at Tantrums® in Houston. The daily hustle and bustle of life were left on the sidelines when this group stepped into the room for a bit of destruction. Staff released their inner frustration by annihilating a room filled with dishes, electronic devices, windshields, and more. R.G. Miller | DCCM Welcomes Jose Sagrera Join us as we welcome new team member Jose Sagrera to our Water/Wastewater group. Jose is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with an Environmental subspecialty.  Jose gained valuable international experience during the course of his studies by working abroad, and is the recipient of the Young Hero Award presented to individuals for exemplary community service — obtaining 350 volunteer hours.   Jose is an active member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and serves on the Young Professional Volunteer Committee.  We are excited to have Jose join R.G.
