Stonebrook Estates is a 51.4-acre, single-family residential community developed by Terra Visions, LLC in northwest Harris County. RG Miller | DCCM designed the lot grading plans, potable and sanitary water systems and roadways.  The project was cited by the Urban Land Institute for its exemplary use of innovative water management.
