Join us as we welcome new team member Orland Duarte, EIT, Engineering Associates to our Hydrology & Hydraulics team.  Orlando is a graduate of the University of Houston, where he received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from the Cullen College of Engineering. With a focus in water resources design, Orlando demonstrates a strong foundation water infrastructure.
