Join us as we welcome new team member Evangeline Aquino, CAD Technician, to our Water/Wastewater group. Evangeline attended Lonestar College, where she received her certification in Computer Aided Drafting & Design and has over 18 years of experience in civil engineering design.  We are confident Evangeline’s skills and experience will be an asset to our team.
