A 2.1977 acre high-rise condominium project located in the Uptown Business District. The RG Miller | DCCM Site Development group was responsible for the following task: design of underground utilities, grading and drainage, design of an underground detention storage system (located under the parking structure), design of a left turn lane located on South Rice Boulevard, and platting of a restricted reserve. A few of the design challenges that we overcame to successfully complete the project include balancing cut and fill onsite and meeting strict ADA requirements.
