Existing mall site comprised of 46 acres, located in North Houston, was demolished and included redevelopment of an open air shopping center. Services included:Subdivision platting Joint Referral to abandon / dedicate existing public utilities, public utility improvements to serve the site were required along with private design of sanitary sewer, lift station, storm sewer, paving, site grading and water distribution.
