Lake Shore Harbour is a 270-acre master planned single-family community located in Missouri City and partially within the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 47.  The ultimate development will include more than 800 home sites, with the majority being waterfront lots.  This project included the design of multiple lake amenity/detention basins and eight residential sections.
