This project involves the reconstruction of over 12,000 linear feet of city streets bounded by White Oak Bayou on the north, Studemont Street on the east, Washington Avenue on the south and Harvard Street on the west. Several waterlines and a full upgrade to the wastewater system are also included is the project.
