RG Miller | DCCM is excited to announce that Mark Rotz, P.E., has achieved wonderful milestones throughout his career and has recently been promoted to Sr. Project Manager, within the Public Works Department.  Mark is a valuable member; his expertise not only enhances the quality of our projects but also inspires those around him to strive for excellence.
