Andrew Garza has joined R.G. Miller | DCCM as Senior Project Manager in the Land Development Department. With more than 10 years of experience in project management and construction administration, Andrew has successfully managed numerous private and public development projects throughout the Houston Metropolitan area.

Andrew earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University – Kingsville, where he served as an engineering research assistant while pursuing his degree. Upon entering college, he was the recipient of the Presidential Merit Scholarship, a four-year scholarship presented to students planning to attend Texas A&M – Kingsville based on student composite scores and class rank.
